Job Description; A degree in law with good academic record. 2-3 years’ experience in handling litigation & contracts. Drafting reply to the legal notices, statement of defense/counter/reply related to the pending civil/consumer cases. Relevant experience in reviewing contracts/agreements, examine the legal risks involved in various agreements related to business transactions. Fair knowledge about verification of ownership documents to sign lease agreement for commercial purposes. Adequate knowledge about court proceedings related to Civil, Consumer, Negotiable Instrument, Arbitration claims and Insolvency Bankruptcy code. Good system knowledge. Preference will be given to candidates having Hindi knowledge. Age – Around 30 years. CTC – up to 4 Lakh per annum. JOB EXPIRED
