We are looking for  a Leading Aerospace Industry

Position: Assistant Manager- Shift In charge 

Qualification: DME or BE Mechanical

Experience- 5-7 Years- ( 5 years as Shift In charge )

Location: Tambaram, Chennai

Salary CTC - Max 8.00 Lacs 

What we are looking for from Candidates is

• Coordinate with all cells (entire plant) to ensure they meet productivity targets and quality standards.
• Monitor OEE for entire plant and circulate daily OEE & production report to all concerned.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Train, develop and motivate staff to improve performance and meet objectives.
• Manage and resolve any operational issues or conflicts that may arise during the assigned shift.
• Collaborate with other in-charge to ensure smooth handovers between shifts.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment.

What we also require are

• Proven experience as a shift in charge or in a similar role (Min. 5years experience)
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Aerospace parts manufacturing with CNC machines & exposure to AS9100 requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Knowledge of 6S (5S & Safety)
