Designation: Vice President – HR

Reporting to: Joint Managing Director

Job Description/Requirement:

In This Position, You Will Get To

• Enable the implementation of key Talent & Management Development mandates as per directives of Top Management

• Assist in the identifying & grooming of potential functional heads within the organisation by recommending appropriate development programmes

• Engender services & a training framework leveraging corporate-wide learning & knowledge management systems, designed to seamlessly support the culture of a Learning Organisation &

focused at improving business results

• Design and implementation of programs for leaders to turn culture vision into tangible actions and artefacts

• Design and execute the overall IR strategy for group and manage any escalations across all manufacturing facilities

• Enhance & monitor effectiveness of performance management & potential assessment process. Ensure standardised Panel Review Process within Area as per Regional Guidelines

• Create, organise, and implement new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes / tools to drive efficiency and improve quality of hires

You Have

• You come with an MBA / Post graduate degree in HR

  Age - 40 to 45 Years

• You should have experience of working in large scale organisations with strong exposure to managing end to end HR operations

• You should have 12+ years of experience in core HR Business Partnering with experience of working in leadership positions

• Experience in a manufacturing setup is desirable
