Preferable Working Experience at Tier - 1 supplier,  Handled Two Wheeler OEM  & Add advantage Hindi Speaking candidate

RESPONSIBILITIES/ AUTHORITIES
  • Organizing for PCS & PO (Monthly)
  • Depending on monthly material plan issue Production plan (Monthly)
  • Despatch the materials according to the customer plan and collecting the invoice after gate entry and make a report. 
  • Making the schedule Agreement in SAP for the monthly plan and making the Invoice in SAP for the daily dispatches. (Monthly & Daily)
  • Monthly reconciliation of child parts received vs Dispatched. (Monthly) 
  • Making Monthly MIS report. (Monthly)
  • After Market Planning. PI Making, Payment Follow up, Despatch & Delivery Follow ups.
  • After receiving the monthly plan from customer, calculate the capa availability steady and making the production schedule. (Monhtly)
  • Depending on the child part stock availability, Planning the material according to Monthly plan & Daily basis.(Monthly / Daily)
  • To avoid the in-house line stop, co-ordinating with all the  departments and solve the problem on time to time. (Daily)
  • In case of any customer supplying part not coming properly or any problem in our in-house, directly go to customer end and solve the problem immediately. (Daily)
  • Monitoring the despatch status on hourly basis and co-ordinate with the customer end for the smooth operations.  (Daily)
  • Maintain the Minimum Inventory stock in Child Parts and Finished Goods. (Daily)
  • Leading the PPC meeting for the yesterday’s production plan vs actual, customer complaints and discussing the material shortage of child part and action plan for the same. (Daily)
  • Initiating the activities to reduce the floor space utilization.
  • Optimizing the product packing in effective manner.
  • Controlling Freight in & out expenses & Bill booking Processes
  • Depending on monthly material plan issue Vendor & Inter Unit (Monthly)
  • Daily getting the stock status from stores and do the follow-up for the supplier material. (Daily)
  • Follow the cargos with the docket number and getting the child parts on time (Daily)
  • Daily updating of reports to Management. (Daily); Vendor Rating (Monthly)
  • Controlling the plant inventory based on the category of Vendor.
  • Focusing additional Cost saving Projects via Kaizen concept.
