Looking for Senior Engineer (Paint shop  Line) for a manufacturing MNC Company located at Pondicherry 

Location Pondicherry

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma- Chemical

Exp - 6- 7 Yrs

Salary - Rs.6.00 Lacs to 8.00 Lacs

Job Requirements:

·         Processes (Work Instructions, Control Plan, PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams...) for all new processes and products and the update of existing.

·         Ensure that right processes are used for the right products.

·         Coordinate the intervention of suppliers on the machines when needed.

·         Manage and coordinate the complete industrialization phase, starting with the definition of the technical specifications of the equipment's until the serial start-up of production and the transfer of responsibility to the Manufacturing Department.

·         Follow up and improve the equipment's and control means.

·         Handling of rejection

·         Ensure that processes are not allowing quality deviations and if necessary, implement Poka Yoke or any other solution to decrease the risks of deviation.

·         Support Maintenance Department with implementation of TPM for washing & painting process.

·         Achieve zero accident – Safety & environment

·         Cost reduction activity

·         Customer paint Validation approval

·         Process Improvements in paint shop
