Tips to make your employee feel like a boss

Imagine you have a team of employees to whom you can ask advice and then immediately get bright ideas for any problem instead of taking all the decisions by yourself.

A recent Gallup poll found that engaged employees (who think like CEOs) drive earnings per share, profitability, productivity and high customer ratings— all key indicators in determining a company’s health.

There are three ways in which an employer can make employee feel like an employer.

Always be encouraging towards to the employee, provide them with all the tools and necessary resources.

This will enable them to focus on new ideas and make them think like a CEO.

When employees start giving creative ideas they will no longer think from a labour point of view they will like a boss and will yield more results.

Instead of curbing your employees to one department or just to their assigned job, make them to be focused on revenue, profit and savings of the the company.

This can be achieved by putting everyone a salary+commission structure.

Make every department talk with each other this will start generating ideas and will improve communication within the organisation.

Offer stock options to your employee. This will make your employee to be concentrated on the company's success which will inturn result in individual profit.

This will make them more inclusive and more accepting and willing to contribute to the company than before.

In his article on Chron.com, small business writer William Pirraglia states that 'stock options are a valuable benefit that companies use to create higher level motivation and dedication. . . . Their stock value hinges on company performance, which, of course, is a direct byproduct of employee achievement.'

If you can infuse your workplace with passion, dedication and commitment then the end result will surely be better than what you expected.
