Eligibility:
- Age Criteria 1 : Less than 35 years.
Age Criteria 2 : Between 35 - 45 years.
- Must have handled Industrial Relations Issues.
- Should have exceeded in maintaining Industrial Harmony
Guidelines for Nomination :
- Duly filled Nominations to be signed by both Nominee and HR Head.
- Along with the nomination Form A power point Presentation not exceeding 5 Slides to be submitted to rajan@arghaa.com
