Form CFT and implement Group Kaizen Activities.
Spend Time on improving skills of members through training.
Work on improving 5S and machine cleaning activities in all areas including office
Work on improvement of process and systems in all departments
Work on all the above with cost consciousness as anything with huge cost may not be acceptable.
Keep your team updated and Motivated.
Hold Temporary replacement of Voluntary Separation at all levels.
Do not hesitate to replace Key positions.
Take lead to discuss with your leaders of different department.
Create cost consciousness across departments and all members.
Discuss and Receive positive feedback ideas from all members.
Stay Motivated be proactive and take lead as A Leader before you have Management instructions.
