Being a mentor is not an easy job, and the influence it can have on an individual can be life altering.
An article by Nicolas Cole in inc.com says that mentorship is symbiotic. 'In a true mentorship the students learn and grow at a rapid rate, which is fulfilling to them, and the mentor sees a reflection of him/herself, allowing them to further develop as they review some of their earliest lessons and challenges,' the article states.

One should always be ready to step out of their comfort zone and ready to take difficult tasks. Great ideas can come from anywhere at anytime. Stepping outside something familiar to you will get your senses exposed to something different.
Never be scared to take up something unknown, always be prepared and accept any challenges that come your way. Figure out how to solve it later, but never back down. Everyone necessarily does not need to know the answers for everything.
The fear of not being acknowledged can cripple a creator. Some people call themselves creative more than what they perform but the real creative ones are busy working on their craft instead of waiting to see how people refer to them.
