Multi-tasking is certainly a good thing. But at times, it is bad too. Don't do all the work by yourself. Give responsibilities to subordinates, guide them and get the work done. Prioritise things and focus on the most important. The rest can be taken care of by your colleagues.

MAKING EXCUSES

People hate excuses. It is doubly so when it is your boss or client. So as far as possible, stop giving excuses and start showing productivity. If there is something genuine, excuse is fine. Otherwise, it can become a bad habit that might hamper your growth.

DESK-TOP

No matter how hard you struggle in your desktop or laptop, it will make a big difference if you keep your desk clean. Yes, your surroundings certainly leave an impression on you, so keep them tidy. Deadline pressures can be handled easily if things are planned well. Don’t argue with your colleagues, boss or client.
