Requires ability to coordinate and deliver up to 5 Factory/Warehouse projects of total value Rs.50 crores & above.

Qualifications: BE/B.Tech Civil, M.Tech Construction Management 

Experience - 15+ years. 10 years in contracting firm is essential.

 *Manager - Projects* 

Requires ability to manage and deliver a Factory/warehouse project of value Rs. 20 crores & above.

Qualifications: DCE/BE/B.Tech Civil

Experience - 12+ years. Full experience in contracting firm is essential.

 *Manager - Planning* 

Requires ability to prepare schedule, plan and manage resources up to 5 Factory/Warehouse projects of total value Rs. 50 crores  & above

Qualifications: BE/B.Tech Civil, M.Tech Construction Management

Experience - 7+ years.

 *Manager - Quantity Survey* 

Requires ability to take-off quantity, prepare client bills and certify contractor bills  up to 5 Factory/Warehouse projects of total value Rs. 50 crores  & above

Qualifications: BE/B.Tech Civil, M.Tech Construction Management

Experience - 7+ years. 

 *IT-Administrator* 

Requires to manage 50 computer user team, server and networking needs along with routine repairs and maintenance.

Experience - 5 to 7 years.
