Position: Technical Support Engineer – Project Management 

Qualification: BE/B.Tech Biomedical Engineering 

Exp- 5 + Years

Location: Pondicherry

CTC- 4-5 Lacs

Requirements:

Handling of Critical care & Cardiology products.

Onsite training to Service dealers & Customer support engineers

Handling, follow up, & Pre-installation planning for all Major supply at customer sites

Technical Support for installations

Field visits on installation problems and major supply issues

Maintenance & follow up of PM visit directory

Coordinating with in house Technical support team to address Major issues, critical problems, installation delays, tender queries, etc..

Frequent failure analysis on all products & Feedback analysis on service calls.

CRM handling Open installtion follow up & open call analysis

Technical document preparing like FAQ, product change details, etc.. 

 Should have good communication & Interpersonal skills

 Effective team player

 Good knowledge about Medical equipments.

  Excellent analytical & Trouble shooting skills.

  Presentation skills

Willing to reloacte to Pondicherry Preferred.
