Job Description

Position: Team Member - Learning & Development

Job Description:

Act as knowledge partner and be responsible for the overall L&D Lifecycle management . 

Assess learning/ competency needs, design scalable learning solutions, ensure smooth delivery of solutions

and continuously improve to adapt to business needs. Collaborate with the Business and Functional Leaders 

and other key stakeholders define prioritized annual objectives complete with action plans, resourcing models, 

milestones and metrics of success, to co-build the future of learning 

Design, both in-house and with expert third parties, a solution which includes a blended approach to

learning such as classroom training, coaching, one-on-one sessions, action learning, or e-learning 

Deliver and help deliver blended solutions and training sessions. Manage and oversee the development of

the team team 

Implement social and mobile learning and the blended learning concepts to deliver L&D solutions and

training sessions 

Design evaluation criteria that enable robust evaluation of the intervention?s effectiveness and

measurement of the return on investment 

Desired Personal Attributes:

Qualified HR professional with at least 5 years? experience in L&D

Extensive experience in the areas of adult learning, training and training design, group facilitation, and

leadership development; or equivalent experience as a business leader. 

Extensive experience in instructional design and hands-on training delivery.

Applied knowledge of measurement and program evaluation.

Familiar with 360 assessment-for-development processes and use of psychometric instruments

Experience: 5-8 years in the L&D function of a large organisation 

Academic Background: Post graduate in HR with good adaemic records 

Preferred Age bracket : 28 to 34 yrs
