JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Build & Implement HR Strategy

2. Talent Acquisition & Management including understanding dynamics of Comp & Ben, 

3. Identify, Design & Develop Training modules and administer programs

4. Set measurable goals, Deployment of PMS 

5. Ensuring effective Organizational Communication

6. Develop OD strategies and implement change management process

7. Ensure strict compliance to all statutory provisions

8. Effectively manage Contractor & his employees and proactively ensure strict compliance to statutory provisions
