POSITION: Team Leader - Human Resources

JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manpower planning and staffing for productivity and cost optimization

2. Compliance to internal control, guidelines / Statutory Compliance / Control of Contractors / EHS Initiatives & Compliance 

3. Enhance employee commitment through Engagement and other HR Open agenda including Mobility and Diversity

4. Performance Management of employees

5. Capability building through learning & training - Learning plan, adherence and effectiveness

6. Talent Management - Talent classification as per SG guidelines; Succession Plan, IDPs and ATRs, People Process readiness

7. Managing Outsourced employees and Outsourcing agencies; Initial training, Skill development, OSSP Welfare and Engagement 

8. Admin Budget preparation, approval and adherence 

9. World Class Manufacturing – People Development Pillar and People Involvement 

10. Enhancing social goodwill through active involvement in CSR initiatives and Professional Forums

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:Post Graduate in HR with good academic records

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:12 - 15 years of relevant experience, as Head HR/ Sr. HRBP in a medium to large Manufacturing organization, with a team-handling role
