Job Description
Provide inputs on manpower planning, talent acquisition strategy and recruitment policy for the organization
- Identify and implement innovative sourcing means such as Referrals , campus Recruitment, Job Fairs, Walk-ins, and External consultants
- Coordinate all recruitment and selection related activities such as receiving applications, shortlisting CVs, arranging for interviews, conducting salary fitment and rolling out offer letters
- Benchmark for best practices in order to attract and retain quality talent
- Lead implementation of internal referral mechanism by providing timely information on the vacancies to the employees across the company and ensuring regular follow up on the same
- Salary positioning, offer negotiation & timely closure of positions involving aggressive follow up with head-hunters, line manager & candidates.
-Leadership Hiring: Incumbent will be responsible for leadership
- Team Management: Ability to lead and manage a team of hands on recruiters.
- MIS Management: Maintain key hiring metrics for measuring efficiency of hiring at regular time intervals (TAT, Hired, Cost of Hire & Quality of Hire, Gender diversity).
-Process Improvement: Periodic analysis and improvement of talent acquisition process via various short term & long-term improvement projects like TA Manual, talent market share etc.
