Experience in end to end recruitment - source, screen, evaluates co- ordinate interviews and negotiate offers.

Good at sourcing the resumes from the job portals/engines, databank, employee references, networking, headhunting/Social/professional websites.

Efficient in using various resources to find and screen potential candidates in terms of their qualifications and work experience.

Able to quickly adapt to new environments/strategies, and open to new and challenging opportunities.

Skills / Competencies (Mandatory): Recruitment mass hiring HR, Talent Acquisition, Stake holder Management
