Sr.Manager - Business Development for Nitriding process,

Job Responsibilities :- 

To identify, seize and acquire new business within Automotive Nitriding

Market Analysis – Data analysis, growth forecasting, market segmentation, and value added product positioning. Conduct exhaustive customer and market research, industry analysis to assess market Potential/needs

To Coordinate with the technical team in analyzing and proposing a business case

Responsible for making product proposals to the customer for new applications,.

New Business Development – Initiate and coordinate efforts for new product development / new applications development at the customer end.

To coordinate with Global ASC/Project management team in qualifying the enquires/leads so generated

Product Management – Managing the product through entire lifecycle, gathering the and prioritizing the product and customer requirements, defining product vision, long term business strategy.

To lead and guide a team of sales force to achieve the desired sales objective set in and to keep an check on receivables 

Experience:Minimum of 12 Years’ experience in Business development / General Management within Automotive Industry (Preferably Nitriding)

Qualification:BE/ ME in Metallurgy or B. Sc / M. Sc – Mettalurgy / Material Science

CTC Based on experience.
