Job Description

Looking for Sr.Executive HR / Asst.Manager - HR.

Experience  required 3 to 5 years from Automotive/ Autoancilary / Mfg industries.

Should have handled Generalist role in HR department. Looking for 70 percentage of HR and 30 percentage of IR profile.

Candidate should have exposure on Statutory Compliance, IATF16949

ISO14001:15 standards.

Employee Engagements,Employee relations, Learning & Development.

Qualification: full time MSW or MBA specialisation in HR.  CTC : 4 to 5 lakhs.
