Role:
Employee Relations, HR budgeting Performance Management System, Employee Engagement.

Legal Compliance management, Employee Relations & Industrial Relations handling.
Identifying, Planning and Organising Training (Technical / Quality / TPM / Soft Skills / Behavioral Related)
Responsible for Performance Management.
Compensation and benefits fixation of employees.
Fully aware of the process of EPF and ESIC.
Maintaining the Statutory Compliances as per BOCW Act and Contract Labour Act.
Good Knowledge on all Acts under the labour law i.e BOCW, Contract Labour Act, Bonus, ESIC & PF.
Experience in auditing labour law compliance.
Candidate should have 10-15 years of work experience in HR Generalist & Compliances management profile.
Candidate should be working with any facility services provider company.
Should be computer literate.
Should have managed workforce of minimum 1000 employees.
PG - MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
