Leading a Renewable Energy sector is looking for Sr Manager HR or AGM HR for their plant/s located at Pondicherry. to handle 4 multiple facilities with the workforce of 2000 employees (both direct and indirect) across Pondy.

Incumbent should be a Ex-Service Man with good experience in handling entire pant operations across with the exposure in Admin, HR and Statutory Compliance/s.

Min Experience is required 18+ years and should have worked in any of the manufacturing facilities as a HR/Admin Manager

This position will be reporting to Head HR functionally and administrative to Plants Head
