Sr HR Manager

Saisun Outsourcing Services Pvt Ltd hiring for Leading IT Logistic Company

Recruitment, Onboarding and Exit

Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

Implement Manpower Planning system and translate the manpower planning by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program.

Counsel and assists managers on candidate selection and recruitment.

Conducting and analyzing exit interviews as well as full and final settlements.

Employee Welfare & Growth:

Conduct Employee induction. Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.

Ensure employee participation in planning, monitoring, and appraisals.

Ensure the employees are contributing towards the Key Performance Indicators. Monitor their performances.

Listens to and resolves employee grievances.

Coach employees and supervisors in order to maintain a peaceful and friendly work atmosphere.

Oversees the employee benefits such as insurance, PF, etc. through the HR Executive.

Oversees the payroll processes and coordinates with the admin/accounts team to ensure timely payments of salaries and other benefits.

Implements measures to ensure employee safety and happiness in the workplace.

Studies and implements methods to improve employee productivity and efficiency through strategic Goal setting sessions.

Implement Employee motivation programs (Company day, Festivals).

Manage and implement Weekly/Monthly reviews for sales team.

Employee Record Management

Oversees Employee records by designing a filing and retrieval system

Ensure the HR executive maintains confidential employee information such as past and current records of appraisal, salary increases, promotions, etc.

Provide strategic inputs and create contract documents for full time employees and consultants and keeps a proper record of such documents.
