Sr Executive /Officer / Manager - Training & Development

Qualification: Any Degree.

MSSW Qualification preferred

Experience:  Around 5 - 15 years.

Industry: Automotive / Engineering

Location: Chennai

CTC :  As per  industry norms

Key points:

 1. Should have experience in Training Need Identification, Making Skill matrix, Competency mapping, Preparation of Annual Training plan.

2. Should have good Network of faculties / Training institutions  for Execution of Training programs both In-house and as Public program

3. Manage complete training process till Effectiveness of Training program

4. Should have flair or experience for creating Skill Development Center (SDC) for newly joining operatives.

5. Experience in reputed industry / TVS Group, MNC preferred

6. Male / Female candidates
