Looking for Sr. Executive / Executive - Stores who can join in short Notice

• Experience in manufacturing companies,
• Qualification - Degree / Diploma / Engineering graduate.
• The candidate should posses 2 -5  Years
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Designation - Sr. Executive / Executive - Stores
• Salary - 2 to 4 LPA
• Knowledge in MS Office and ERP Software

Requirements:

.        Ensure correctness of receipt of material in terms of documentation and quantity confirmation and process GRN.
2.        Optimal utilization of Space thru pallet and crating of small components for keeping Raw material items.
3.        Creation of space for keeping the material in proper place
4.        Issue of material against Requisition or Production order to the respective line
5.        Intimation of Line shortages to PPC on daily basis
6.        Monitoring and loading of Company scrap with regard to GI/Cartons/Copper and rubbish.
7.        Maintaining of RG1 register as per statutory requirement
8.        Responsibility to ISO procedure maintenance.
9.        House keeping activities related to Stores.
10.        Despatch of rejected material to vendor as per the QA notification.
11.        Identification of Slow and obsolete material and initiate disposal action for the same.
12.        Statutory Audit and Perpetual Inventory of Stores
