RailsData is looking for Workato - Solution Engineer who are passionate about the world of integration and automation. 

If selected, the candidate will be given training on Workato

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and participate in both pre and post sales activities with direct end customers and partners

Provide technical product expertise, key business processes and integration implementation project methodologies

Be a Workato evangelist with the ability to discover and demonstrate how Workato can effectively help companies with their business automation needs across a broad set of industries

Develop collaterals: presentations, demos, reference recipes, white papers, best practices, training materials

Conduct customer training, Work-jams, implementation and product support

Become the trusted customer advisor

Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customer at all times

Respond promptly to customer inquiries

Requirements:

B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc or equivalent education. Specialisation in Computer Science/ IT is added advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent logical thinking

Ability to present POC to customers, and handle objections. POC presentation should not be just a technical presentation but talks to the customers requirements.

Communicate effectively with Enterprise Architects, IT and Domain experts

Understand security and governance needs for Enterprises

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey and relate ideas to others and work collaboratively to get things done.

Prior experience with middleware tools (integration, workflow etc.) a plus

Base knowledge of key applications such as Salesforce, Netsuite, Workday, ServiceNow, etc. a plus

Experience having worked in a start-up environment a plus

Knowledge of AWS, Azure and GCP a plus

Ready to join immediately

Candidates with BPO experience will be an added advantage
