Job Responsibilities
Clear understanding of payroll, financial accounting and Income tax, PF, PT and ESI.
Understanding of accounting entries, and books of accounts, JV etc.
Validating Data for Payroll Processing and Ensure the accuracy of Payroll processing
(salary , Full and final settlement)
Handling Employee salary queries and preparation of MIS reports.
Handling induction.
Self-discipline, self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
