JOB PURPOSE AND POSITION SUMMARY:  

Designation: Senior Officer/ Officer - HR

Location: Karur

Reporting to: Head HR

Experience: 4 to 7 years

CTC: 3.6 Lakhs to 4.5 Lakhs Per annum

Job Description

 An Individual with the strong command over Statutory Compliance (Labour related laws) & Minimum Wages Act.

 Should be Proficient in all Core HR Processes.

 Hands on experience in IR (Industrial Relation) and standing orders.

 Communication, Networking & Co-operation with various regulatory and Government authorities for the statutory compliance

 Co-ordination between Labor department and the Company

 Maintaining proper database related to all the compliance documents.

 Keeping abreast with latest amendments in labor laws.

 Vehicle Management/ Housekeeping & Security Management

POSITION REQUIREMENTS - FUNCTIONAL

Skills and Knowledge

 Practical and working knowledge of Labour Laws.

 Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint skills.

 Should have handled Statutory compliance in previous organization including Liaoning

 Should be energetic and solution oriented.

Educational Qualifications and Experience

 MBA (HR)
