Posistion: Senior Manger / AGM - Maintenance

Qualifications –

BE – Mechatronics / BE (EEE)

Experience –

 17 - 20 years in automotive industry.

 Age: 40-45 yrs.

CTC: 19 Lakhs / Annum

Location- Sriperumbadur

To monitor & review the maintenance function.

- To Achieve Zero breakdown & to reduce the maintenance cost.

- To develop the maintenance team

Main Responsibilities / Job Summary

-       Monitoring of Team activities and driven the team member towards achieve the maintenance goals and targets.

-       Manpower planning and allocation of activities by effective utilization of the manpower.

-       Execution of PM schedule / schedule adherence.

-       Monitoring of power & fuel consumption and responsible to save the energy cost.

-       Responsible to develop the cordial relationship with the team members.

-       Responsible to reduce the break down, MTTR, MTBF and it analysis.

-       Statutory compliance and Liaison.

-       Responsible for maintenance personnel motivation.

-       Responsible for improvement activities such as Kaizen development

and Safety improvements.

-       Providing of adequate training to the Engineers and technicians & responsible to develop the multi skill personnel.

-       Ensuring of IATF / ISO14001, OHSAS documentation and records.

-       TPM PM Chairman and implement the TPM activities.

           Monitoring of TPM PM Circle activities & implement the improvement activities.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements (Abilities / Knowledge & Expertise in field)

Knowledge (Technical / Functional)

- Welding & Press shop machines and equipments

- PLC, Robotic, Electrical and PLC trouble shooting.

- Hydraulic, Pneumatic. 

- TPM
