Hiring: Senior manager/Manager- Industrial Relations.

Looking for candidates with:

1. Good working knowledge in Labour laws.

2. Ex in dealing with Employee/ labour relationship management( Union practices, Employee welfare, grievances, wages etc).

3. Ex in negotiations, leadership, arbitration and mediation.

4. Excellent communication skills(written and oral).

5. MBA/MSW from premium institutions.

Work experience: 18-20 yrs

CTC- 20 lakhs(Max)
