Senior manager- product Technology (IT) 

Experience -8 to 10 yrs

Salary- 20 to 24 P.A

Location- Gurgaon

Qualification-

•Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in computer science or a related discipline

• managing software development projects or software integration projects

•Experience in the full Software development life-cycle and release management

•Experience with Java programming (stand-alone utility, web apps, JDBC, Spring Framework, Eclipse)

•Practical experience with Web technologies like Javascript, HTML/CSS, etc.

• Experience with web-based applications, services and protocols (Apache, Tomcat, HTTP, REST, JSON, etc)

• Understanding of Service-Oriented Architectures and Restful interface implementation

•Good knowledge of Databases and SQL

•System admin-level knowledge of Windows (batch scripts, scheduling tasks, etc.)

• Experience managing on-shore and off-shore team members.

•Exceptional technical leadership skills

• Problem solving and analytical skills relating to technical challenges.

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and an ability to communicate with internal and external customers at all levels, including management/non-technical audiences.

•Strong work ethic.

•Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what needs to be done.

•A passion for learning and bringing new technologies and practices to a team.
