Title : Senior Manager - IR & HR 

Qualification : MBA / MSW / MHRM 

Experience : 15+ years

Industry Preference : Manufacturing 

AGE : Not more than 45 years

CTC : 13 - 14.5 Lakhs 

Work Location : *Pondicherry*

*Roles & Responsibility* : 

We require a person with a strong IR Background, should have part of atleast 2 - 3 Long term settlements and Signed atleast one.  

Must have sound knowledge of Labour Laws,  Should have handled disciplinary actions,  domestic enquiry,  termination etc. 

Must have handled Statutory compliances,  Licencing,  Court cases along with advocate, liason with Govt Agencies.  

Must have handled *all Generalist HR* Activities for a Manufacturing Plant.  

Experience in handling CITU,  ULF union is advantage.
