Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Planning, Forecasting and Implementing HR strategies for the smooth functioning of the organization.

2. Recruitment and Selection at all verticals.

3. Designing and implementing Performance Management Systems

4. Designing of training calendar and conducting training programmes

5. Designing new HR policies based on the organization requirements

Candidate should have worked in large manufacturing corporate office/plant with sound exposure to HR functions.

Good exposure in People strategy, Competency development, Career development, Competency Matrix etc
