Sourcing and screening candidates.

Managing, monitoring and reporting the effectiveness of the employee recruiting cycle from beginning of interview process through verbal offer of employment letter.

Build candidate database by targeting organizations; interviewing, and qualifying prospects.

Identify recruiting sources by determining current needs; locating and evaluating sources; matching job qualifications and requirements with likely candidate sources.

Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with hiring Managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.

Establish candidate qualifications by developing knowledge, skill, and screening questions for each position;

Prepare recruiting and hiring reports and summarize data and trends.

Qualifications

Any Graduate/ MBA/PGDHRM

5 years of relevant experience in recruitment preferably in a IT/ITES/Services company

Strong in direct sourcing through Job boards/ Social media etc.,

Superior oral and written communication skills, Building Relationships

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment,

Excellent problem solving abilities and attention to detail, Independence

Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Recruiting, Interviewing Skills.
