Experience in End to End Recruitment.

â–ª Handling full cycle of Recruitment, right from sourcing of candidates through database using Job portals and Job Postings and Bulk Mailing.

â–ª Search the right suitable candidates from the online job portals like Naukri, Monster, Timesjobs and Shine.

â–ª Post the jobs in Social media like LinkedIn, LinkedIn Groups and Job portals like Hirist, Hasjobs, Indeed and Headhonchos.

â–ª Briefing the candidates about the job requirement, screening and validating the candidates as per the requirements.

â–ª Taking References from candidates to generate more potential candidates.

â–ª An effective communicator with excellent negotiation skills.

â–ª Scheduling candidates.

â–ª Arranging the candidates for Direct technical / telephonic interviews.

â–ª Maintaining the Database of the candidates for future use and reference.

â–ª Follow-up with client as well as the candidates till the selected candidates gets the offer letter and joins the organization.
