Managing the IT recruitment life-cycle for sourcing

Perform Reference checks and Employment verification.

Effective Personal Folder Maintenance and Joining formalities and proper filing of employee documents in Personal folders and labeling of all HR files.

Liaison with team for Employees-Referral incentives.

Regular HR connects with the employees in order understand the concerns and address issues.

Monitor Process Compliance Participate in extracting market data for process /policy improvements.

Support strategic HR initiatives

Having good communication skills, interpersonal skills, people management skills
