Position: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager – New Business Development
Salary: 5-6 Lakhs per Annum
Desired qualifications:
1) Diploma, Bachelors or Master’s Degree in any discipline preferably Engineering, Chemistry, or Metallurgy
2) MBA with a science degree is also preferred
Experience:
1) 3-5 years’ experience in plastics, plastic moulds, die-casting moulds, forging moulds, coatings, die-casting or directly selling tool steel is highly desired
2) Techno-commercial orientation is highly preferred especially knowledge of moulds, dies, and tool steel is highly desirable.
Other skills:
1) Good team player
2) Good internal personal skills
3) Good communication skills – knowledge of Tamil, and English is must. Knowledge of Telugu, Kannada and Hindi highly preferred.
4) Quick learner and flexible
5) Ability to convince customers and sell
6) Energetic and goal oriented person
7) Knowledge of SAP, MS Office and good presentation skills
Job Responsibilities
Role responsibility
1 Generate leads through phone calls, customer visits and through industry contacts
2 Identify new business opportunities and generate business for tool steel in plastic moulds, die casting and forging industry
3 Understanding and map customer applications and discussing with the internal team to identify the right product for right application
4 Be a complete single point contact for the identified and explored new customers in the identified region
5 Generate the sales with the new customers as per budget in the identified region
6 Ensure collection of payments
7 Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts
8 Coordinate with the operations team to ensure that the material is delivered as per the customer requirement and commitment to the customer.
9 Handling and coordinating customer grievances, complaints in coordination with operations, quality, and technical team and ensuring customer complaints are addressed and closed.
10 Timely generation of visit reports, feedback and management reporting on customers.
11 Use of CRM tools as per company practices and guidelines
12 Collecting market intelligence, competitor information, competitor bench marking
13 Responsible for providing service to the customer as per established company standards
