• Her job  profile would involve her to handle 90% of TA & 10% of Employee Engagement

Major Job Responsibilities:

- Day to day interaction with the hiring manager and various business leaders and management team for understanding the requirements and their views on various manpower requirements

- Handling Talent Acquisition for various business verticals – OPIDC, OPDC, PPIDC, PPDC, IP, Service & Support and Other Support Functions at PAN India level. 

- Developing recruitment strategy to meet the business manpower requirements.  

- Vendor Management & Development.

- Interacting with various business leaders/ verticals heads to understand
