Position: SENIOR EXECUTIVE-PAINT SHOP

JOB REQUIREMENT

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 4-5 years’ experience in painting aero parts

Or 

Graduate in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering with minimum 2-3 years’ experience in painting aero parts

Age group: 25 to 32

? Responsible for production with optimum utilization of resource in Paint shop, Production, Planning and daily review the WIP orders

? Ability to design the Jigs & Fixtures for all Painting parts as per drawings and our Customer requirements

? Insisting the continuous improvement on painting process by using CI Tools

? Supervising and coordinating activities of workers engages in mixing paints, stages inspection in masking, spraying and demasking in painting process 

? Controls to adjust the oven temperatures paint & powder supply, and conveyer speeds

? Observed the machine operations and Gauges to detect or deviations from standards.

? Involved with conveyer maintenance, Align and fasten machine parts as rollers and guides, brushes and blades to secure roll feed products through around machine rollers dryers.

? Ability to Facilitate AS9100 and Nadcap Process certification 

? Ability to observe and adhere to all safety policies, procedures and awareness in appropriate PPE

? Good in evaluation of quality systems such as Process FMEA, control plans and FAI requirements

? Good in Customer communication, Interaction with customers for review of customer complaints, feedback and act for process improvements
