Position:  Senior Engineer / Asst Manager - Purchase & Vendor Development

Qualification: BE - Mech,  NTTF / CIPET

Experience: 12 - 15 years

Location:  South Tamil Nadu

Industry: Automotive / Engineering 

CTC :  8 Lacs

Requirements :

1. Should have experience in Plastic moulds and stamping tools design, Mould Flow Analysis (MFA), DFM,  Technical Feasibility Reviews,  

2. Experience in HOT RUNNER Injn moulds, process setting,  troubleshooting of new mould problems,  stamping progressive high Precision components,  troubleshooting 

3. Experience in Product costing, negotiation with suppliers, sourcing etc

4. Experience in Project / Program Management / ERP Systems

5. Vendor Management / Purchase activities 

6. Product inspection / Testing & Validation 

7. Should have sound knowledge in QMS IATF,  ISO 14001 / ATEX / UL / VDE / CE

8. Preference: Candidate from Automotive field
