1-2 years exp 18000

2-3 year exp 24000

4+ Year exp 26000

Monthly VP and Top Up incentives are 100% based on performance. However, a recommended amount is paid only out of Monthly VP to new joiners for (Rs1200) for first 3 months (only).

Retention bonus is not paid every month. It is paid out in the month of April and October (Rs 9000).
