CTC- Max 3.00 Lakhs

Job description : 

Checking mails & replying with necessary details.

Payment Collection and updation in NAV.

Providing clearance to commercial for despatch

Local sales to Customers.

Making arrangements for equipment shipment

Sending Quotations to customers.

Co-ordinating with regional office & customers

Follow up for Dispatch details.

Preparing list of Pending OB's.

Making Transfer Orders for Customers & TO Receipts.

Maintaining up to date outstanding list & regular follow up’s for the payment.

Maintaining good co ordination in office as well with customers.

Maintaining proper record for stock movement & Inventory List.

Verifying all engineers & office Imprest vouchers, sending to pondy & follow up for clearance.

Making Transfer Orders against PRF & sending back the units with necessary documents.

Maintaining file for all the Govt Tenders,Employee documents and other related/supportive documents.

Petty Cash Handling.

Desired candidate profile: 

Candidate Should be B. Com graduate.

Candidate should have 2 - 3 years experience

Should have good communication & Interpersonal skills.
