The incumbents' role would entail the following:

⢠Sourcing candidates according to the requirement of respective LOBs

• Profile sourcing through job portals & other direct sources

• Maintaining hiring trackers in excel.

• Identify candidates through conventional & innovative sourcing methods

• Searching for candidates from our database/Headhunting/ Market Mapping.

• Preliminary screening/Shortlisting of candidates through telecom/personal meeting

• Active engagement with clients and candidates till a particular vacancy closes

• Ensure a fair and objective recruitment process with a view to attract the best available talent to the Organization
