We are looking for Recruiter who would be on Direct Contract with us.

Job Location: Chennai / Banaglore

Experience: 2 to 4 Yrs

Job Description:

Sourcing Candidates through different Job portals, Referrals, Social Networking websites, Head hunting etc.

Good understanding on Job Portal

Thoroughly screening and validating the profiles according to client requirements.

Scheduling interviews for relevant candidates and follow up till the date of joining.

Manage client, candidate co-ordination and maintain database.

Should have good experience in end to end IT recruitment.
