There is an Urgent Requirement for “Quality Head “(CNC and VMC) for a Manufacturing unit located in Peenya-Bangalore. (Karnataka)

JD/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Monitoring & controlling of inward inspection process & 8D s for the incidents

2. Conduct VDA 6.3 process audit at sub supplier & IQA internally as per the annual plan

3. Drive 99 PPM Approach conduct DIR regularly to identify & implement effective actions through 4Q to reduce internal rejection PPM (50 % reduction from last year trend)

4. Monitoring & reduction of COQ & focus to achieve COPQ less than 0.5 %

5. Conduct FMEA Assessment, FMEA & CP Line walks for all part families

6. Conduct line walk regularly & ensure work station standard requirements are all in place & active

7. Coordinate with CQH & WM on regular basis for quality problems, concerns, improvements,                                                                                                            periodic quality reviews, MRM, QMS & EHS surveillances & transitions etc

6. Handling of manpower.

7. Knowledge of CNC and VMC machine and precision component.

Other Skill Required- Good in Kannada, English, 

Experience:  BE/DME with 10 to 15 years’ experience. Salary: 40K to 45K
