Job Description:

1. Purchasing the tools,tackles & raw materials such as MS & SS materials, electrical goods, carpentry goods & civil goods including their accessories for that which are required for fabrication.

2. Maintain records of goods ordered & received.

3. Locate vendors of materials,equipment or suppliers & interview them in order to detemine product availability & terms of sales.

4. Prepare & process requisitions & purchase order for supplier & equipment.

5. Review purchase order claims & contracts for conformance to company policy.

6. Develop & implement purchasing & contract management instruction,policies & procedures
