Looking for Process Safety resource for API Business of Biocon. 

Qualification: B. Tech (Chemical)

Experience: 6 -12 years of relevant experience in Process Safety.

To work closely coordination with production, process engineering and technology transfer team, R&D and HSE functions to comply with process safety norms for Chemical synthesis as well as fermentation and down-stream processing plants,

Knowledge on Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) techniques such as Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOP), What-If Studies, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) etc.

Application of specific Process Safety Management (PSM) and Operational Risk Management (ORM) methodologies as well as the integrated management best practices for cultural change processes and operational discipline needed to achieve excellence.
