We are looking for Plant HR Head for a leading manufacturing company based at Hyderabad(Medak).

Professionally qualified with good stability and experiences ranges from 22 to 27 years from a large mfg companies only (Minimum 2000 + Headcounts).

Package range from 35 to 45 laks/Negotiable.

Exposure to HR Operations, Employee engagement, L&D,PMS,C&B,IR, Union negotiation, Wage Settlements, Legal matters and a Generalist role.

Working knowledge in Telegu is essential. Career Stability, Leadership skills, Large Manufacturing background exposure, Indepth IR Experiences, Conceptual clarity, Excellent communication skills are vital factors for this role.
