 Job Title: PLANT HR ( Deputy Manager)

 Location: Vanod - GUJARAT

 Education: MBA / MSW / MLM

  .      Experience: 8+Yrs having work experience with Manufacturing / Auto Component industry

  .       Responsible to set up the Green Field Plant Operations by interacting with various stake holders

2.      Should have hands on experience .in dealing with Government authorities and comply with Greenfield project formulation. 

3.      He should be flexible enough / accommodative in terms of  initial HR / IR and admin function related  to a new manufacturing plant

4.      Experience in establishing and enhancing recruitment standards and on boarding exercises

5.      Comply with requirements and government regulations related to a new manufacturing plant

6.      Experience in Designing and developing in-house training programs that addresses new plant requirement

7.      Evolve and implement all Human Resources policies, programs, and practices of a new factory in co-ordination with Corporate HR department

8.       Should have hands on work experience in Liasioning and Administration work pertaining to Greenfield Plant setup and pre-project manufacturing site activities

9.       Conversant with various statutory requirements and compliance

10.   Responsible for creating and sustaining good organizational culture through HR interventions such as Employee engagement, PMS, Learning & Development, talent acquisition, talent management and attrition
