Role: Plant Head HR

Education :MBA HR

Exp:minimum 15yrs in factory setup

Launguage :Hindi, English mandatory. 

Skills required : 

1)Hands on experience in handling  factory HR activities independently, 

2)green field HR Experience 

3)Large number of work force handling exp

4) Recruitment 

5)liasioning with Inspector of factories and govt & labor depts,

6.contract management, pcp,etc..

Ctc: negotiable( ctc is not a constraint for right candidate)
