Job Title- Payroll Officer

Role Description: 

Administer end to end HR Admin and Payroll activities for colleagues which includes all types of payments, deductions and changes which would be a part of colleagues life cycle in Tesco.

Understand and interpret the UK legislation, Tesco policies, diverse terms & conditions, payroll system and procedures.

Ensure activities are administered at an accuracy score of 100%.

Liaise directly with colleagues or with Personnel from Store, Head Office, Distribution centres and Bank for resolving queries.

Guide Personnel on the correct procedures to be followed.

MS Office suite (must have)

Oracle Fusion - HCM (good to have)

Qualification:

B.com Graduates or MBA-HR

Good in excel and numbers

Excellent Communication Skill.
